Vincent Saputra was appointed as President Director since December 2023. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science with Honors (cum laude), Business Administration from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, Los Angeles, CA in 2012 and Master of Science, Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University, New York City, NY in 2015.
Vincent Saputra is the son of Tony Saputra the Company’s President Director and primary and controlling shareholder.

William Saputra was appointed as Company Director since December 2011. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering from University of Washington, Seattle, WA in 2011.

Sugiyanto was appointed as Director since December 2023. He graduated from STIE YKPN Yogyakarta in 1992. Previously, He was a Director of RMKE's subsidiary, PT Royaltama Mulia Kencana.

Edwin Tedjasukmana earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Surabaya in 2011. He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PT RMK Grup Indonesia in 2025 and has served as the Finance Director of PT RMK Energy Tbk since 2026. Previously, he has extensive professional experience in audit, accounting, and finance, including serving as Senior Group Accounting Manager at PT Titan Infra Energy (2015–2020), Finance Controller at PT Padi Flour Nusantara (a subsidiary of FKS Group) (2020–2023), and Division Head of Finance & Accounting at PT DSSE Energi Mas Utama (a subsidiary of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk) (2023–2025).

Indra Mulia Aliwarga was appointed as Director in June 2025. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Atma Jaya University Jakarta and a Master’s degree in International Marketing Management from Dalian University of Finance and Economics, China.

Tony Saputra is the founder, primary and controlling shareholder of the Company. He was appointed as the Company’s President Commissioner since December 2023. Tony Saputra graduated from bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering of Atmajaya University.
Tony Saputra is the father of Vincent Saputra and William Saputra, both are the Company’s directors.

F. Saud Tamba Tua was appointed as Company Independent Commissioner since July 2021.
He graduated from Postgraduate Program in Education Management, State University of Jakarta.

Indonesian citizen, has served as the Company's Independent Commissioner since 2023. He graduated from Perguruan Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian in 1996, a Masters in Management from Winaya Mukti University in 2003 and a Masters in Law from Jayabaya University in 2020, as well as a Candidate Doctor from Jayabaya University in 2023.
Having more than 35 years of experience in the police, he also served as the President Director of PT RABS International Lawfirm. He also serves as Commissioner of PT Smartec Technology Indonesia and as Independent Commissioner of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk and PT Royaltama Mulia Kontraktorindo.
He has served in the Indonesian National Police from 1987 – 2022 with his last position being Inspektur Jenderal Polisi (Irjen Pol.).
